Ray Conniff machte 1969 eine mehrwöchige Tournee durch Deutschland, Österreich und die Schweiz. In den 1980er und 1990er Jahren tourte er regelmäßig durch Südamerika, wo er auch heute noch viele Fans hat. Er verstarb 2002 nach einem durch einen Schlaganfall ausgelösten Sturz in Escondido.
